MK VI

the MkVI board, with weld time, heat and cool compensation, and a keypad lock

The MK VI is our standard board, it offers weld and cool control to the nearest 1/10th of a second. It has a built in program to counteract the effects of heat build up during rapid cycling. Adjustment is made by using a keypad with an LCD readout, the keypad casn be locked to prevent unauthorised tampering.

MK VI C

The Mk VI C board, with weld time, heat and cool compensation, and keypad lock

The MK VI C is our standard weld temperature control board. It offers weld and cool control to the nearest °C. It has a built in program to counteract the effects of heat build up during rapid cycling. Adjustment is made by using a keypad with an LCD readout, the keypad casn be locked to prevent unauthorised tampering.

ARTICS

The ARTICS Controller, is one of our more advanced boards, it has many features that allow it to achieve a perfect weld every cycle. It uses a digital read out that can have up to 8 different sets of parameters . This can allow for quick material changes, reducing any down time. Alarm parameters can also be set to give optional tolerances.

ARTICS medical controller, our most advanced board with many features

ARTICS Medical

The Medical Controller, is one of our most advanced board, it has many features that allow it to achieve a perfect weld every cycle. It uses a HMI Touch Screen that can have up to 50 different sets of parameters and displays a real-time graph to display cycle performance. This can allow for quick material changes, reducing any down time. Alarm parameters can also be set to give optional tolerances.
